Another meeting of the Committee was held on March 2.
The bill on amendments to several laws of Ukraine re access to public information in the form of open data (Reg. No. 2171), referred by the President of Ukraine, stipulates for the establishment of a single state web portal of open data by the Central body of executive power in the sphere of e-governance. The Committee upholds adoption of the bill as a basis with consideration of observations.
The Committee does not uphold the bill on amendments to the Law “On the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine” (re grassroots expertise of bills) (Reg. No. 1152).
The Committee does not uphold the bill on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine (re specifying several provisions that regulate the order of state procurement) (Reg. No. 1127).
The Committee does not uphold the draft law on the change of system of economy management (Reg. No. 1069).
The Committee does not uphold the bill on amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (re referring draft laws of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine) (Reg. No. 1121).
Apart from considering the bills, Committee members have adjusted the work plan for March, which is posted on the official web site of the Committee, and discussed some other issues pertaining to Committee’s work.
